Our seasoned staff of seven has over 160 years of combined experience helping people through the mortgage process. Since our opening we have successfully closed over 4,500 mortgages worth in excess of $700,000,000.

Bill Holmes - President & Co-founder

Bill has been in the mortgage and real estate industry for 27 years. He has managed both wholesale and retail mortgage operations as well as been a “hands on” loan originator. Over the course of his career he has personally closed loans in excess of $500,000,000. Bill’s past accomplishments include both the Ann Arbor Area Board of Realtors “Affiliate of the Year” Award and the elected position of Director at the Board. NMLS# 162051

Mary Frisinger - Senior Loan Officer
Mary has been with Ann Arbor Mortgage since 1999 and in the real estate industry for 22 years. She has closed loans in excess of $100,000,000 over the course of her career. Mary has an extensive real estate background as a licensed real estate and title insurance agent. She is an active member of the Ann Arbor Area Board of Realtors. She has received the “Affiliate of the Year” award and acted as Affiliate Director.
